Its time to enjoy Android operating system on any windows phone mobile, start from windows phone 6.5 to windows phone 7 and windows 8, if you have a compatible phone with windows os installed. i'm tested this tricks to htc leo hd2 phone and successfully migrate to Android os. Download these file to your computer.
1. HSPL4 or HSPL3
2. MAGLDR(bootloader)
for other windows phone, search on web to get latest version Rom.
How works this system ?
Please fully charge your windows phone and press & Hold "Down volume Key" then press "power on button" to switch on your phone as "hspl" mode. Then remove the battery and switch on again after 5 seconds. connect with computer and open "HSPL" folder on computer. install and waiting for connect...

After done "HSPL" install, then open "MAGLDR" and open RomUpdateUtility.exe as Administer mode and complete this. open DAF.exe as Administer mode and complete this process. if you successfully done these process, then your phone is ready to eat Android. Download latest Android from xda-forum as your phone model and put to SD card after format F32 mode. plz press switch power on button and select option 8 Ad Recovery > select from SD card and select Android Rom.zip file as Android Jelly bean htc hd2.zip.
Your phone now installing Android and wait a few minutes to complete this process.
